The Riding and Party Barn is the third of the replicas of the turn of the 19th/20th century working barns matching the Stable Apartments and the Office Headquarters and Work Barn. The building is a unique open free span barn with the following features:

• 100’ by 77’ open space without columns
• Designed for large barbeque events, etc
• Also designed for standard indoor 66’ diameter lead rope exercising of horses.
• Central air handling systems
• Dust suppression systems when using for horse riding
• Full electrical connections for musicians and event bands
• Removable pine presentation/dance floor measuring 20’ by 40’
